LTSG ALEXANDER P VILLALON PCGA (Alex) is an active volunteer in Rescue and EMS.He is the Founder and President of Start Rescue-EMS Solutions Corp. He is also the current Executive Director of the Seagull Rescue & EMS Int’l., an organization whose members devoted to their motto “READY TO SERVE READY TO SAVE !!! SO THAT MAY LIVE!!!,, Alex commitment to serve and risk his lives was tested many times in the different disasters in Metro Manila and some distant devastated provinces such as the destructive Typhoon Yolanda.
